3. Put on good cotton socks. It is important to keep your ft dry. Synthetic fiber socks will let the ft to sweet. Thin socks won't offer good protection.
4. Never put on wet or moist socks or footwear. Again, it is important to keep your ft dry. Wet skin will blister simpler, as well as increase the chance of fungus growth.
5. When feeling a blister developing, steer clear of the activity. Address it immediately having a liquid bandage, or safeguard it with gauze tape. Then resume the game.
