Make A Brownie Pie With A Brownie Mix

Streamline your dessert-making process with a box of brownie mix. You may be surprised at the delectable treats you can make with a standard box of brownie mix. This dessert looks complicated and time consuming, but using the mix makes it easy. Make a brownie pie with a brownie mix as the crust. Add fresh fruit and filling for additional layers to complete this mouth-watering dessert.


Instructions


1. Combine the brownie mix, oil, two eggs and water in the mixing bowl. Stir the ingredients with the mixing spoon until they are smooth.


2. Press half of the brownie batter into the pie plate to create the pie crust. Use your fingers to press the batter into the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate.


3. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract and the remaining egg together with the electric mixer. Spread the mixture over the pie crust.


4. Drop the remaining brownie mix over the cream filling layer, placing small blobs of brownie batter over the cream filling. Space the brownie mix evenly over the cream filling.


5. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake the brownie pie for about 35 to 40 minutes. Remove the pie when the cream filling appears lightly golden and puffy.


6. Cool the pie to room temperature.


7. Add the berries over the cream filling, arranging them evenly.


8. Drizzle chocolate sauce over the fruit.
