Stream Audio For Windows Mobile

Mobile devices such as smartphones and personal digital assistants offer a convenient way to the play audio files you own. You can also use these devices to stream audio files from websites and portals if you have a Windows Mobile operating system and a mobile wireless access service. With streaming audio, you do not have to create additional hard drive space for on your mobile device. Open these files from their sources using Windows Mobile audio utilities and enjoy.


Instructions


1. Use your Windows Mobile web browser such as Internet Explorer to visit the destination website containing streaming audio.


2. Select the link corresponding to your desired stream. It should open in your default audio player, such as Windows Media Player for mobile devices. Copy and paste the link into the "Open URL" option under the File tab in Windows Media Player if audio does not open automatically.


3. Wait for the streaming audio to buffer completely. Press the play button on your mobile Windows Media Player if the stream does not begin automatically.
