Print Contacts And A Calendar From Outlook

Microsoft Outlook is an email, contact and calendar management program included with the professional edition of Microsoft Office. It is one of the most popular software titles for managing these items in the corporate business environment. In addition to being able to work with their information on their desktop and share it online, users can easily print out contacts and calendar events for use in meetings or other business settings.


Instructions


Print Contacts


1. Click "Contacts" in the Navigation Pane of Outlook to display all contacts in the main window.


2. Click "Arrange By" in the View menu and select "Current View." Click "Customize Current View" and click "Filter" to use the display options for showing the contacts you want to print.


3. Select "Print" from the File menu. Choose the print style desired in the "Print Style" dialog box. Once you have selected the layout for your contacts, click "Print."


Print a Calendar


4. Click "Calendar" in the Navigation Pane to display the calendar you wish to print. If you have multiple calendars, select the one to be printed.


5. Select "Print" from the File menu and choose the print style desired in the "Print Style" dialog box. To print your appointment and meeting details, select "Calendar Details Style" from the options provided.


6. Enter the first and last day of the calendar to print in the "Start" and "End" fields. Clear the "Hide Details of Private Appointments" check box, before printing, if you wish to print details for private appointments.


7. Click "Page Setup" and adjust the default settings if you wish to change items such as the paper orientation or fonts of the document. Click "OK," once changes have been made, to return to the Print dialog window.


8. Click "Print" once all options have been selected.
