Instructions
1. Attach your USB to your BlackBerry 8800 and then to your computer running Outlook. A small pop-up alert indicates "Hardware Installed Successfully" when the device drivers finish installing.
2. Run the BlackBerry Desktop Manager and select "Synchronize." From the menu selection, click on "Configure" then click "Synchronization."
3. Check all the items you wish to synchronize. Click "Setup" and choose "Outlook" for all the items syncing with Outlook to your BlackBerry 8800.
4. Clicking "Next" and then "Finish" takes you back to the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
5. Check the "Synchronize Organizer Data" and select "Synchronize Now" to complete the process.
