Nextel cellular phones are one of many options in the cellular phone worlds. These phones have many different features. One feature that is relevant for all phones is making a contact list. Contact lists are lists of people by name with all of their contact information, specifically phone numbers. Deleting old contacts is one way to maintain space on your phone and can keep things neat, orderly and organized. This process is very simple, and with a Nextel phone, you can delete more than one contact at a time.
Instructions
1. Click the button that is indicated to bring up the menu.
2. Go to the "My Contacts" option.
3. Check the box to the left of each contact or entry you wish to delete. There can be more than one box checked at a time. This allows for multiple deletions of contacts at a time.
4. Click on the "Delete Contact" option after all contacts have been chosen.
5. Click "OK" when a prompt appears asking if you are sure you wish to delete all of the contacts selected. This will complete the process and your phone will automatically take you back to the "My Contacts" page in your phone.
