Use A Fujifilm S1000 Digital Camera

Digital cameras can take beautiful pictures.

Fujifilm is a company specializing in the creation and production of photographic and imaging technology, as well as being involved in the medical, office and industrial fields. The S1000 digital camera is one of a series of Fujifilm cameras with innovative lens and coloring technology. Most people who are used to the standard SLR (film) cameras are confused trying to figure out all of the switches, buttons, and settings on a digital camera.

Instructions

1. Place the batteries in the camera by sliding out the left side of the control panel on top of the camera. Look at the underside of the panel for directions on which direction to place the batteries.

2. Insert the memory card next to the batteries. Close the control panel.

3. Turn the camera on, placing the on/off switch to "on."

4. Turn the dial to the appropriate setting. For automatic/general picture taking, turn the dial to the "Auto" setting. For close-up shots, turn the dial to the small flower. More explanations on the dial's features are found in your user's manual.

5. Set the date and time on your camera by following the prompts given. You only have to do this the first time you turn on your camera.

6. Hold the camera in front of your face while taking pictures. You will be able to see the complete image in the camera's display screen. Get the full shot adjusted using the lens to make the scene clear.

7. Hold down the shutter until the camera clicks. Your final image will appear in the display screen for a few seconds before going into your memory.

8. View your images by pressing the button with the sideways arrow. It resembles the "play" button on a VCR or remote control.

9. Use the directional pad to sort through your images.
