Jabra C250 User Instructions

The Jabra C250 is a Bluetooth headset. Bluetooth technology allows two devices such as a headset and phone to communicate with each other using radio waves that operate at a frequency that is resistant to interference and distortion. The Jabra C250 is designed to be used with mobile phones to allow you to answer calls and speak to others without having to hold onto the phone. The wireless device does not need to be plugged in to work. Before using the Jabra C250, you must charge it and then pair it with your mobile phone.

Instructions

1. Place the Jabra C250 into the charging base with the mouthpiece facing downward until it clicks into place. Plug the power cord into the port on the bottom of the charging base. Connect the other end of this cord into an open AC wall outlet. A blue light will turn on indicating the headset is charging. Let it charge for two hours or until the light turns off.

2. Remove the Jabra C250 from the charger. Press and hold the "Pairing" button on the side of the headset for eight seconds until a blue light turns on. Turn on your mobile phone and enter the "Bluetooth" menu and select the "Discover" option. Accessing the menu will differ depending on the brand and model of your phone.

3. Wait for your phone to discover the Jabra C250. When it does, it will appear on the list of available devices. Select the Jabra C250 with the navigation controls and press the "OK" button to pair the two devices together. You will be prompted to enter a pin. Press "0000" then press "OK."

4. Press and hold the "Power" button on the headset for three seconds until the blue light begins to blink slowly. This indicates the device is on and connected to your phone. You can make calls normally with your phone and use the headset to listen and talk. Pressing the "Power" button once will answer an incoming call or disconnect when you are finished talking.
