Use A Memorex Laser Lens Cleaner

A CD or DVD disc isn't prone to damage when being played because the CD or DVD player uses a laser to read the data off of the disc. Although there is little maintenance necessary, the lens inside of the player that focuses the laser light can become dirty and obscure the laser light. This negatively affects the picture and sound coming off of the disc. The Memorex laser lens cleaner provides a quick and non-invasive way to keep the laser lens clean and your discs performing at their best.

Instructions

1. Remove the Memorex laser lens cleaner from its case and hold it in one hand. Gently wipe both sides of the Memorex laser lens cleaner with the lint free cloth in a slow, circular motion starting from the center of the disc and moving to the outside.

2. Brush both sides of the Memorex laser lens cleaner with the camel's hair brush.

3. Turn on the CD or DVD player and eject the disc tray. Insert the Memorex laser lens cleaner into the disc tray. Close the disc tray.

4. Press the "Play" button on the CD or DVD player's remote control. Watch the Memorex laser lens cleaner video on the television as it cleans the laser lens inside of the CD or DVD player.

5. Press the "Stop" button on the CD or DVD player's remote when the video indicates that the cleaning is done. Eject the disc tray and put the Memorex laser lens cleaner back into its case. Insert a disc into the disc tray and close the tray. Listen to or watch what is on the disc as the laser shines through the laser lens which has now been cleaned.
