Comparison Shop
for Flat Screen TV's
Flat-screen TVs are fast becoming the norm in television sales today, replacing the older-style LCD televisions. In comparison with LCD televisions, flat-screen televisions are thinner--allowing them to be placed in more locations--lighter and of much better picture quality. They are, at present, also more expensive than LCD TVs. Though they will cheapen as the technology becomes more commonplace, it is always best to shop wisely.
Instructions
1. Open up your Internet browser.
2. Navigate to the following page: http://reviews.cnet.com/tvs/?sa=500961&tag=centerColumnArea1.0. CNet is one of the premiere technology review websites. This particular page will list all flat-screen televisions.
3. Look at the list of sorting options on the menu above the list. You can use these to narrow down the list based on the criteria you present. You can also use the "Sort by" drop-down menu in order to sort the list you generate.
4. Generate the list based on your criteria, and then browse it.
5. Click on the check-boxes to the right of any TV you would like to have included in your side-by-side comparison. Once you are done, click on the "Compare Selected" button; this is found at the top of the list of products and directly under the list of criteria.
6. Read through the comparison of televisions. When you have found one you like, either order it via the "Show now" buttons or visit your local electronics stores.
