Changing batteries in your Mudd watch is a straightforward process; it requires the same steps as changing a battery in any watch. All you need to change the battery in a watch is a small screw kit that you can get at a watch store.
Instructions
1. Unscrew the back cover of the watch using a screw driver. Some watch back covers do not have screws; in that case use your nails to flip open the back of the watch.
2. Unscrew the spring that holds the battery in place. Keep all screws in a safe place such as a cup to not lose them.
3. Take the battery out of its case with a plastic tweezer. Use a magnifying glass if you cannot see small items easily.
4. Insert the new battery in the same position as the old one. Check that the watch is functioning perfectly and the counter is moving.
5. Screw the back cover on. Replace the rubber seal between back cover and battery if the watch has one.
