Pandigital frame screens have tons of features, depending on how elaborate the model is. Screen size can range up to 15 inches and some models can hold 2,000 images and even support movies and wireless technology. However, you can still run into problems every once in a while despite the advanced technology. Here's troubleshoot.

Troubleshoot Pandigital Photo Frames
1. Make sure the frame is powered up. If the frame doesn't power on, make sure the AC adaptor is connected to a socket.
2. If you still can't switch it on, insert a fresh battery in the remote control. The battery compartment is a bit tricky on these frames. Push the small part toward the large end and slide open the drawer with a fingernail.
3. If the frame powers up, but the images won't show, make sure your images are saved in the correct format. The frame will support only JPEGs at 24-bit color. In Photoshop or another image editor, you will need to save the image as a JPEG with the baseline option set to "Standard."
4. If the frame powers up and the images show but the sounds you have recorded don't play, then check that the sound is in the correct format. It must be in MP3 format. The frame won't play Apple iTunes files in the ACC format. Convert the iTunes files to MP3 first. Remember also that music files copied directly from a CD will not play; they also need to be converted to MP3 first.
