Great Gifts For Your Boyfriend

Great Gifts for Your Boyfriend

Getting a gift for your boyfriend requires a little thought and planning and the type of gift you get should be appropriate for the kind of relationship the two of you have. There are tons of excellent things a person could get the special guy in her life, from goofy to romantic and sentimental.

Make Him Laugh

Surprise him with tickets for two at a local comedy club or comedian venue event in your area. Giving him silly gifts that make him smile helps make the moment more memorable, but always follow up a gag gift with something serious and heartfelt to help give him something sweet to remember as well. Take your boyfriend to someplace fun and reminiscent of childhood excitement like a pizza arcade or an amusement park. Take jovial photos of the two of you in a novelty photo booth and make the memories last forever.

Flavorful And Sensual

Remember the old saying, "The quickest way to a man's heart is through his stomach," and prepare a decadent and enticing meal of aphrodisiacs and manly favorites that will make your boyfriend melt for you.

Gather the following ingredients for a delicious meal: a dozen whole, raw oysters, two fatty, thick ribeye steaks, two large sweet potatoes, two fresh cinnamon sticks, 1 cup of freshly chopped chives, 2 cups of sour cream, chili powder, 20 garlic cloves, 1 lb. of portabello mushrooms, 1/2 cup of Southern Comfort bourbon, 1/2 cup Dr. Pepper, one red onion, 1 cup of real butter and a bottle of red wine.

Roll the steaks in chili powder, making sure you completely cover the steaks. Place the steaks into a large skillet with the butter, garlic cloves and half of the chives. Cover the steaks with a pot lid that is slightly smaller than the skillet, letting the lid slide down into the pan. Wrap the sweet potatoes with aluminum foil, slicing them open and filling them with butter first. Place them in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cook the steaks on medium heat for 10 minutes on each side and remove them. Add sliced onion and mushrooms with the Southern Comfort and Dr. Pepper to the skillet and cover for an additional 15 minutes until the contents become caramelized. Serve the steaks with the caramelized mushrooms and onions smothered on top of them with baked sweet potatoes covered with sour cream and chives. Feeding your boyfriend oysters on the half shell as an appetizer to this meal will get him in the mood for love.
