3. If you have a sound or ringtone you want to send from your cell phone to a Verizon cell phone, that is also fairly simple. While it may differ from carrier to carrier or cell phone to cell phone, just select the sound/ringtone you want to send. You should be able to bring up an options menu and select "Send file". Then enter the phone number you'd like to send it to, and voila! Be warned that many Verizon cell phones don't let you send custom ringtones, but do let you send recorded sounds.
