The Zune MP3 player is Microsoft's competitor to the Apple iPod. It performs many of the same actions and comes in a wider variety of colors. Newer versions will also allow you to view video and surf the Internet via WiFi. The Zune MP3 player, like the Apple iPod, is widely available and can be purchased from a variety of stores.
Electronic Stores
Large electronic stores (such as Best Buy, Radio Shack and Staples) will have a wide variety of different Zune MP3 players available. These devices can be found in the portable electronics department of the electronic stores. If you can't find the portable music device section look for the cell phone display, generally right next to the MP3 players.
Walmart
Surprisingly enough, all Walmarts will typically have a large variety of MP3 players, including several different Zune players. These models will usually be the same as one another, with the only difference being the color of the device. They will be found in the electronics department, which is commonly at the back of the store. Here (as well as at many of the stores mentioned above), you will probably need to ask a store associate for some help unlocking the glass case, which is typically where the Zune is displayed.
Zune.net
The ultimate place to purchase the device may not be in any store, but actually online. Zune.net is the official Microsoft Zune website. This site will provide you with every Zune MP3 player currently available, and a wide assortment of different colors. To find the right Zune MP3 player for you, click the "MP3 Players" tab at the top of the screen. Scroll through the different Zune players and select the color by clicking the color swatch under the display picture. Click "Buy Now," then follow the prompts to complete your Zune MP3 purchase.
