For the same or less than the cost of renting a movie, you can order a Pay-Per-View movie if you subscribe to Cox cable. Watch whenever you want and stop just like a DVD without ever having to leave the comfort of your own home. No need to deal with traffic, rental lines, or the chance that the movie isn't in at the rental store when ordering Cox Pay-Per-View.
Instructions
1. Know the PIN number if Pay-Per-View is PIN restricted. Blocking the ability to purchase movies and events is a sure way not to be surprised when the monthly cable bill comes in.
2. Find the movie or event you wish to watch on Pay-Per-View. You can search through show titles through the Interactive Guide or by scrolling through the Pay-Per-View channels.
3. Tune to the channel you wish to watch the show on, and hit "Select" on the remote control. Read the pop up screen that appears if there aren't any conflicts in time or other purchases. Confirm your purchase by clicking "OK." Click the "Back" option to reschedule another time to watch this show if there is a scheduling conflict.
4. Hit the "Guide" button to display the Program Guide to order a show later in the day or another day.
5. Move around the Cox Program Guide using the arrows on the remote control to adjust to the time, show, and channel you wish to order your Pay Per View from.
6. Press "Select" when you have decided on a time and show. The screen will then prompt you if you want to purchase this Pay-Per-View program.
7. Enter your PIN after verifying your selection. This will only appear if you have Parental Controls for Pay-Per-View purchases. Press "Select" one last time to reconfirm your Pay-Per-View purchase and enjoy your show.
