Use A Sandisk Microsd

MicroSD cards are small cards used for the transfer and storage of files, and the SanDisk brand of SD cards has a large line of cards of all sizes (in both actual size and memory space). In particular, microSD cards are used with cell phones. The card enables you to use your phone as an MP3 player, store many videos and pictures. MicroSD cards have gigabytes of space for you to use.

Instructions

1. Use the microSD card in a cell phone or in a SD compatible device with the microSD card adapter. Inserting the card into a portable electronic allows you to store gigabytes more media so you can take all the pictures and videos you want and listen to music without interrupting the phone's memory storing your messages and contacts.

2. Transfer data with the card. You can insert the card into the adapter and use it in a computer's media port or a USB card reader to put files on the card on the computer or take files from the computer and move them to the electronic device. In your "Computer" folder the card shows up as "Removable Disk" and you can browse the folders inside and move files on it as you please.

3. Reformat the card whenever you want to change what device you want to use it with. You typically can format the card within the new device, if not, you can format the card on your computer in its properties settings. Formatting the card will delete all the information on the card to reset it, so transfer anything you want to save before reformatting the card.
