Did you just get a new Pioneer Inno XM satellite radio or are planning to purchase one and want to know activate it? Satellite radio offers well over 100 channels offering every genre of music, news and live sports. There are three easy ways to activate your radio.
Instructions
1. Ask a customer associate to activate it for you after your purchase. Give any necessary information to the associate while he activates your radio like address, phone, and a payment option.
2. Call 1-800-XM-RADIO (967-2346) after unpackaging the radio and turning it on. A seven to eight digit radio I.D. automatically appears on the display screen of the radio. Give the radio I.D., address, phone number, payment option, and any other requested information to the customer service operator after navigating through the automated menu.
3. After unpackaging the radio, turning it on and obtaining the radio I.D., go to www.xmradio.com. Click on "activate radio" on the upper right corner. Enter the radio I.D. in the "new customer" box on the left, click the "activate radio" button then fill in all necessary information like address, phone number, payment option, and any other requested information.
