Put Pictures From A Computer To A Mobile Phone

A mobile phone's mass storage capabilities turns the phone into a removable device.

Most mobile phones available today feature a memory card that you can store various media files including pictures. Putting pictures from your computer on your mobile phone copies the images to your phone's memory card. Using a USB cable to establish a connection, you can transfer pictures between the phone and computer without special software. Each picture is copied to your phone's memory card within a few seconds of initiating the process.

Instructions

1. Connect your mobile phone to the computer with a USB cable. A window with options to manage your phone will appear.

2. Click "Open Device to View Files Using Windows Explorer" to view the media files saved on your phone. Double-click the "Pictures" folder to open it.

3. Open the folder on your computer where the pictures you want to transfer to your phone are saved.

4. Drag each picture to the mobile phone's open folder. Release the pictures in the folder to save it to the mobile phone's memory card. Disconnect the mobile phone and USB cable when finished.
