Install Flip Video
The Flip video camcorder's sleek and slim design makes it simple to capture life’s precious moments in a snap. The Flip Slide HD model can record up to four hours of video with an internal memory of 16 GB. Built-in software allows you to plug and play your Flip instantaneously. Installing Flip video software (FlipShare) on a computer is simple, and about only five to 10 minutes are needed to familiarize yourself with the software.
Instructions
1. Move the Flip video camcorder's universal serial bus (USB) latch down. This will expose its USB outlet as its USB arm raises automatically.
2. Insert the Flip's USB arm into the USB 2.0 port of a computer.
3. Open Flipvideo on the computer. The computer should automatically detect it. If it doesn't, though, go to Start-My Computer and find Flipvideo.
4. Activate Setup FlipShare (for a PC) or Start FlipShare (for a Macintosh).
